Surgery at Village Vets

It is always a worrying time when our pets need surgery. That’s why we invest in the best facilities and training for our vets and nurses, to ensure that if your pet does come in for a procedure, they’re in safe hands.

All of our practices have modern surgical theatres and comfortable spaces for recovery, and we use the most current anaesthesia and pain relief, meaning your pet will have personalised treatment and wake up calmly in the care of our nursing team.

Advanced Surgical Procedures

We have a team of experienced vets who can carry out a range of complex procedures.

Our laparoscopic equipment, allows us to perform keyhole surgery for a range of conditions, most regularly spaying (neutering). Laparoscopic surgery offers improved recovery times for pets, and is less invasive due to smaller wound size.
